If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. If you live outside Canada, you may have extra rights under your local law, and we'll honour those requests too.

9. Security

Information is encrypted in transit, access to member data is restricted to the people who need it, and passwords are stored as secure hashes. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach puts you at real risk of significant harm, we'll tell you and the Privacy Commissioner as the law requires.

The membership is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
